I got to demonstrate at both classes so far. The first week we practiced some loose leash walking, which I am generally good at. This week we worked on 'Down' and more loose leash walking. I was really good a demonstrating 'Down'. I think I'll get the hang of it soon. Mom and I just need to remember to do my homework.
They also teach 'Settle', which is where mom puts my leash under her foot and then I'm supposed to just lay down and settle. This is really hard for me because, lets face it, I'm still a baby and full of energy. I love to bite at my leash and paw at mom. So I definitely need to practice this more. We were given tips on how to control my jumping, it's just so hard because I get so excited when someone comes over or mom gets home from work!
The teacher supplied us with a Clicker, so I'm trying to get the hang of learning what that means. I have the potential to be a really good, smart boy. I'll get there. Mom really wanted to take my picture when I was at the head of class demonstrating, but she didn't think it would be appropriate to whip out her phone. So here's what she got:

Oh, last weekend I was very interested in the measuring tape. I was helping mom measure the windows.
