Play Ball

Greetings everyone. Sorry it has been so long. But I've been a very busy pup! Now I know what Spring weather really is...and it is awesome! The sun. The birds. The walks I get to take. I've been chasing bees outside. I love it.

With Spring comes the great outdoors. I love being outside. This past weekend I got to play ball for a long time in the Traylor's backyard with Harley and Oscar. I stayed around without being tied up. It was great. Then I went to get something called ice cream with the Dunn's. There were so many little kids there and I was very nice and let them all pet me. I got to taste mom's ice cream (it was super delicious). Maybe next time I can get my own (they didn't want it to upset my tummy since I'm still a baby). Bring on some vanilla!

 Yummy vanilla ice cream!

So I played ball at Harley's house and a few days later I got to go to a real baseball game! (Well, I didn't technically see any of the baseball game...stupid rain) But I went to a baseball stadium. The Reds have this awesome event called Bark in the Park and my mom and dad took me! My grandmas came to. It was a blast. We got lots of free things (like treats, bags and a Basebowl Mat). And I got to make lots of new friends. There were so many dogs it was overwhelming. I peed on the concrete multiple times, I have no boundaries. I go where I want. Deal with it. (I also made a number 2 in front of a lot of people...no shame. When ya gotta go, ya gotta go). Anyway...I wore a Reds Tshirt that my grandma Traylor made for me. I didn't win the best dressed contest (the winner had on real baseball pants, a hat, a jersey and shoes! Hello...I'd vote for him too!) Grandma said we are stepping up my outfit for the next dog day.

We walked around and I smelled a lot of butts. There were a lot of cute girl dogs there, some with bows in their hair and tutus on. There were some massive sized dogs and some little ones. I saw some that looked like me, but believe me I was the best looking guy there! I got a lot of compliments and pats on the head. I loved all the attention. I can't wait to go back. Like I said, I didn't get to see any of the game because it was on a rain delay and we left early. But I assure you I would have enjoyed it....for about 5 minutes, then I would have probably been bored and entertained myself with the person/dog next to me. Check out some of the pictures below.

This is my new favorite picture. I have the best mom and dad.

My grandma's rock!

Photo op!

I love my daddy.

New friends! A white and black lab! They were fun.

Oh, mom caught me sleeping on the ride home.

It was a super fun night. Don't worry about me not seeing my first game. Tonight is opening night for my dad's softball team, The Athletics! Mom and I are going to that so I'll get to see a softball game, which is basically a baseball game. I'll volunteer to be catcher if they need one. Go A's!

Supporting dads team!

Here's me with a basketball!
Told ya I liked to play ball, all kinds!
Well friends, I think it's time to go outside and play. What a beautiful spring day here in Ohio. Hope you get to enjoy it! I'm getting a fence soon! I'll be sure to write about that once it is complete. Can't wait!

Have a wonderful weekend! Woof!

Weekend Wrap Up

Whoops. Sorry folks, it's been awhile. My mom has been leaving everyday during the week so it makes it hard to write (yes she helps me). And we were super busy this weekend, which is what I'll catch you up on today.

Here is a list of what I did this weekend (from what I can remember):

- Went to grandma and grandpa Traylor's on Friday night, where I played with Harley, chewed up some toys and had a great time.
- Mom and dad and all the Dunn's picked me up from there late Friday night. I got to ride in the Suburban and see everyone. It was fun.
- I chewed on a new bone at the Dunn's for a little on Friday night.
- Saturday was beautiful out. I hung out in the front yard with dad while he played basketball. Relaxed on the front porch. Took a walk with mom through the neighborhood and local cemetery (we saw graves from the 1800's! Creepy and cool!).
- Later that night we went to the Dunn's. Uncle Mark was there finally. I have fun playing with him and Michael. I also got to see Aunt Joann and Great Grandpa. Everyone was eating pizza and it smelled so good.
- I chewed on some bones while I was there and carried around the TV remote in my mouth. I changed the channel at the end of the OSU game. Sorry guys.
- Sunday was my first Easter. Mom got me some new treats as a present. They are pictured below along with a gift from Aunt Joann. I spent a lot of time in the crate in the morning, but then Uncle Mark picked me up and I spent my day at the Dunn house.
- Monday was pretty typical. Chill in the crate. Play with mom when she gets home. But then we took a walk, a 3.1 mile walk! It was crazy and fun. And I wasn't even worn out afterwards...ball of energy, that's me!

I think that's pretty much a wrap. Here are a couple pictures.

I love riding in the car!

The cool gift from Aunt Joann and
the treats mom got me for Easter.

Just hanging out on the porch with dad.
Have a great week!
